  • According to this year's Inc. 500 list, released Aug. 23, H2H Solutions, Inc., a spin-off of Youngsoft Inc., generated revenue growth of 845 percent from 2002 through 2005, ranking the company 113th in the country and first in Michigan. The article "Niche net growth for H2H" in Oakland Business Review quotes Youngsoft's President Rupesh Srivastava "There were many times we were tempted to get into different directions.. But we kept our focus and took the company where we wanted to take it."

2005

  • Youngsoft, Inc., has been involved in supporting the relief efforts being undertaken for the residents of the Gulf States, through one of our clients, Mississippi Power. Working with this public utility, Youngsoft solicited contributions from our employees, which were matched dollar for dollar by our company, and we have forwarded Three Thousand ($3,000) Dollars to Mississippi Power for distribution to local charities and relief organizations of merit. We hope that our thoughts, prayers, and financial assistance can help to reduce the misery being incurred by so many Americans after this devastating natural disaster

• Youngsoft, Inc. has made yet another unique accomplishment in its Quality journey. Youngsoft has attained a Maturity Level 3 rating as defined by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI -- SE/SW, V1.1)

• Youngsoft teamed up with Adnet, Inc. (SEI-Transition Partner) in March 2004, to guide Youngsoft in its journey to achieve CMMI level 3 certification

• The appraisal team, led by independent third-party appraiser Ravi Khetan, conducted extensive interviews with Youngsoft employees and reviewed objective evidence for Youngsoft projects

• The CMMI quality assessment is considered more elaborate and rigorous than CMM as it covers both Software development processes as well as integration across 18 process areas at 3 levels. In contrast the CMM covers just 13 process areas.
